1. Cancellation

We only accept order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.

2. Customs Tax

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.European customs require custom clearance according to the order payment amount. When the item arrives in your country, please pay attention to the phone to assist in customs clearance.

3. Returns Process

If you have any issues with the product return or exchange, please contact our customer service cc@oukitel.cc and they will offer you a solution according to your case.

4. Delivery

It will take 7-10 business days to process your order.10-30 business days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and European Union Countries.30-60 business days for delivery to Russian and Asia Countries.

5. 15 Days Exchange/Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service cc@oukitel.cc to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.

NOTICE:

1.If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/color, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, we are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.

2.For exchanges/returns, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 7 - 10 business days, upon receiving your item back and also depending on stock availability.
