Less than 3 weeks old and the screen has a crack on it. The phone hasn't been dropped and hasn't been hit by anything. The only conclusion is that the so-called gorilla glass was faulty. Had previous Smasung for years but lost it. Even though itwas never described as ruggedised it certainly never had a problem like this. I'm asking for a replacement - either that or deal with it via Visa.

Phone is overall great, although still early days. Visually it's impressive.
One gripe I have is despite setting the lock screen to be a picture of my kids, it defaults to being an 'image of the day' type thing which often clicks through to a page full of ads and news. It seems impossible to turn this off.

O purchased Oukitel WP210 but my goodness that was a big mistake.
1) Delivered in few days later but in HUGE a carton box that's big enough for 24 Mobile Devices.
2) Before opening contacted Customer services to confirm it is Android 15 as ordered, they couldn't confirm as Cover box didn't have the code indicating Android 15.
3) Had to wait Customer services confirmation i can open box & start Settings to check if it is Android 15.
4) During Settings up the whole device Froze Nothing working No buttons No Resetting Nothing.
5) Contacted Customer services again their advice didn't result in any problems.
6) Return Refund Saga their instructions of return Via Royal Mail recorded delivery was inadequate as it insure Items to £75 Value only, while the Mobil cost £295.
7) I opted to disregard their return method & Paid Extra money to have Insurance covering the Cost of unit& more if needed, also it still Special Express Delivery to their UK WAREHOUSE.
8) All returned durations Less than 7 days from Purchase.
9) Got & send to Customer services the proofs of return & 2 days later received their email confirming their UK warehouse received the Device in it Extra super Padded Box.
10) Still No Confirmation Or News about Refunds or any other information Except I have to wait.
